• No order is secured without a deposit of minimum 50%.

• We strictly do not cater for people with allergies and advice clients or guest of clients with allergies not to try any of our cakes and desserts. Our items are prepared in the kitchen where all kind of nuts, flour, diary and eggs are present. * major allergen notice. All items are homemade and not subjected to state inspection, we are opertating under Illinois Cottage Food Law and not subjected to state inspection.

• Deposits are non refundable. However under certain unfortunate/ extreme circumstances if the customer needs to cancel the order then this deposit can be put towards any future order in the next 365 days per our availability.

• Where specific colours/ platters are provided, we will do our best to match as close as we deem possible. However exact colour matches are not guarantied

​

• We cannot guarantee exact replicas of any cake, even if this cake is one of our own original designs. We also prefer to make each individual cake different and unique.

​

• As long as the cake upon collection/ Delivery matches customer description, we will not be held responsible for customer disappointment. It is customers responsibility to include all the required details in the order email to avoid any disappointment/ confusion on the day of collection. Once the cake and desserts are out of the door, it will be your responsibility.

• We have a strict "NO CAKE SMASHING POLICY" (unless specified), as our cakes consist food safety dowels to support the cakes.

• Some important information you need to know is when ordering from NOON TREATS all cakes/ desserts contain on edible items and have to be removed before serving/ eating.
